Any amount of condensate or working pressure can be applied with one O・TRAP EL.

아래 도표는 기존형 트랩을 O・TRAP EL 로 바꾼 실례입니다.
The below chart shows an actual case of the exchange of O・TRAP EL from traditional steam trap.

드레인 배출 사양
～Specification of condensate drainage

입구압력 (inlet pressure)　　：1.4ＭＰa
출구압력 (outlet pressure)　　：0.68ＭＰａ
드레인량(condensate volume)　：80Ｔ／hr

기존형 트랩은 배출능력에 1.5배이상의 여유가 필요하기 때문에（안전율 1.5이상）、1대로 대응할 수있는 드레인량은 최대 20 t/hr 정도입니다. 따라서、상기조건에서는 기존형 트랩은、５대 병렬로 설치할 수 밖에 없는 상황이었습니다.
raditional steam trap needs the allowance more than 1.5 times in its dranage capability, so the maximum amount of condensate which can be processed with one trap is 20t/hr at most.
Therefore it was the situation that the traditional trap can't help but be put five traps by parallel.
